About Round to Range

Round to Range is operated by White Label Developing Limited, company number 11222417, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and postal address are on our contact and company details page. Contact support@roundtorange.com for help, complaints or cancellation requests.

These terms cover your use of our website, installed web app, Android companion and Round to Range AI connection. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

Your account and use of the service

Provide accurate account information, keep your login details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise, including access you grant to an AI assistant. Do not access another person's account, disrupt the service, bypass security or upload unlawful content. You must have the rights needed to upload or share your files.

Round analysis and practice

The service helps you import completed rounds, analyse performance and plan practice. Importing, screenshot extraction, benchmarks and automated suggestions can contain errors. Review imported information and use your judgement before relying on results. We do not guarantee a particular handicap, score or improvement.

Practice suggestions are general guidance, not medical advice or a substitute for a qualified coach. Choose activities suitable for your ability and circumstances and follow the rules and safety requirements of your practice venue.

Your content and connected services

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it, and to use the service providers needed to deliver the features you request, as explained in the privacy notice. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

AI connections are optional. Review permissions and proposed changes before authorising them. External assistants, golf platforms and video providers have their own terms, availability and charges. References to their brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Subscriptions and payments

Current membership is offered at £4.99 GBP billed every month or £39 GBP billed every year. The annual price is equivalent to £3.25 per month, but it is charged as one annual payment rather than monthly. It saves £20.88, approximately 35%, compared with 12 monthly payments. The price, currency, renewal interval and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Creating an account or using test access does not authorise us to charge you; a paid subscription requires a separate checkout. Existing subscriptions, historical invoices and agreed legacy prices are not changed by updates to the current offer.

New accounts in the subscription flow receive one 14-day free trial without a credit card. It starts when the account is created and ends automatically without a charge. To continue after the trial, choose a paid membership and confirm a separate Stripe checkout. If you subscribe during the trial, the remaining trial time is preserved and Stripe shows the first payment date and amount before confirmation. Only a subscription you explicitly confirm renews automatically until cancelled.

Use Manage billing to view or cancel your subscription, or email support if you cannot access it. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancelling renewal and deleting your account are separate actions. The self-service account deletion tool requires cancellation of any billable subscription to have taken effect first.

Cancellation and refunds

UK consumers generally have 14 days from entering an online service contract to cancel. Email support@roundtorange.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your account email and the date you subscribed. You may use the wording below, but do not have to.

To White Label Developing Limited: I give notice that I cancel my Round to Range subscription, ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my account email is [email], and my address is [address]. Date: [date].

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will provide the refund required by law within the applicable time limit. A proportionate charge for service already supplied during the cancellation period applies only where the law allows it and you expressly requested an early start. These terms do not treat merely logging in as a waiver of cancellation rights.

After any statutory cancellation period, cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the end of the paid period shown in billing. Contact us about a refund if the service is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Nothing here removes your statutory rights or imposes a blanket no-refunds rule.

Availability, changes and ending access

Maintenance, faults and third-party outages may interrupt access. Keep your original golf exports and screenshots. Features may change as the service develops. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible, together with any applicable cancellation or refund rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any suspension or closure remains subject to your consumer and data-protection rights.

Responsibility and your rights

We must provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Complaints and applicable law

Please contact support first so we can investigate any problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live are preserved, including in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. We will identify the updated date and notify you of material changes where required; updates do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
